Our Story

A mosaic of flavor, art & community

The name says it: Cafe Mosaic is a meeting place where coffee, food, art and music come together — the four pieces of our hand-painted “M.”

We live inside a restored drugstore and men's store from the early 1900s, on South 2nd Street in downtown Eunice. The reclaimed wood, exposed brick and tile mosaic wall are part of the experience — slow mornings, good company, and free WiFi included.

The birthplace of Rêve. Cafe Mosaic sparked what grew into Rêve Coffee Roasters — we still pour their beans, fresh every day.

Made by hand. House-made cakes, gourmet grilled sandwiches, wraps and salads — plus king cake by the slice when it's in season.

A family spot. Open year-round, family friendly, and an easy walk from anywhere downtown.

Roasted locally as Rêve

Every cup we pour is Rêve — French for “dream” — the specialty roaster that started right here at Cafe Mosaic.

From a bright single-origin to a full-bodied Cajun blend, the beans are roasted in small batches nearby. Take a fresh bag home, or grab one as a gift.
